WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FONTEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS
- COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FONTEST IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
